Franz Grohmann (16 October 1919 — 7 April 2000) was a Hauptsturmfuhrer (Captain), in the Waffen-SS during World War II who was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross. This was awarded to recognize extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership by Nazi Germany during World War II.

Hans Grohmann was born in Nixdorf, Sudetenland on the 16 October 1919. During World War II, he was the commander of the 1st Company, 3rd SS Panzer Grenadier Regiment Deutschland, 2nd SS Panzer Division Das Reich. He was awarded the Knight's Cross during the Battle of Normandy.

Grohmann survived the war and died on the 7 April 2000 in Erlangen.
