Frank Vincent (judge)

Frank Hollis Rivers Vincent AO QC (born 3 October 1937) is a retired Australian jurist, who was a Court of Appeals justice at the Supreme Court of Victoria from 2001 to 2009. He served on the court since 1985, being elevated to the Court of Appeals in 2001. Since 2012, he has been a commissioner on the Victorian Law Reform Commission. From 2001 to 2009, he was Chancellor of Victoria University in Melbourne.
