Frank New (25 December 1859 – 25 March 1924) was an English cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-pace bowler who played for Sussex. He was born and died in Southwick, Sussex.

New made three first-class appearances for the side, in three of the first four games played by Sussex in the inaugural County Championship season. He made his debut against Gloucestershire, and despite being backed up at the top of the order by high-scoring Walter Quaife, New was unable to make much of a dent in the scorecard.

Two further first-class matches followed, New top-scoring in the first with an innings of 43.

He died at the age of 85.
