Frank Miles is an American politician who was formerly the Treasurer for Madison County, Illinois.

Frank Miles has served as the Director of Planning and Development for Madison County, Illinois and prior to that he served as the District Chief of Staff for U.S. Congressman Jerry F. Costello.

His appointment to the position came in late 2009 after the retirement of former Madison County Treasurer Fred Bathon. He was defeated by Republican challenger Kurt Prenzler on November 2, 2010.

Treasurer Frank Miles graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 1983 with a B.S. in Government and Public Affairs. Then in 1988 he earned a Masters of Public Administration again from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.

Frank currently lives in Edwardsville, Illinois and was born in Granite City, Illinois
