Frank Henry Whiteside (July 15, 1873 – September 29, 1916) was a politician from Alberta, Canada. He was born in Ottawa.

Whiteside was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Alberta in the 1913 Alberta general election defeating Conservative candidate and future MLA William Wallace Wilson. He served 1 term in the Alberta Legislature as a back bencher in the Liberal government.
