Frank Beuselinck (Born 5 March 1952 in Brussels) is a Belgian businessman.

He went to school in College Saint Pierre in Uccle.

He obtained a master's degree in economics at the Louvain School of Management (1969 - 1974) and an MBA Finance & international business from Chicago GSB (1974-1975).

He started his career with financial and commercial functions in the chemical sector (Air Products and BASF).

Afterwards he became general director of Touring Club group.

In 1997 he started working at DHL, first as a general director of DHL international. In 2003 he became COO at DHL Express Belux (Belgium, Luxembourg) until 2006. He was involved in the negotiations to move the European hub of DHL from Brussels Airport (Zaventem) to Leipzig.

In 1997 Frank created FAS Development: his own consulting company.

He was also involved in the AIESEC exchange student organisation.

He was also a teacher at ICHEC Brussels Management School.
