Sir Francis Sreenath de Zoysa, KC was a Ceylonese lawyer and statesmen. He was an Advocate and one of the first state counsels and was the President of the Ceylon National Congress.He introduced the Bribery Act for the first time to the Ceylon Congress
Married to Ethel Perera Amarasekera Siriwardena,and was considered one of the elite families of Ceylon They had six sons including Stanly de Zoysa was a former Cabinet Minister of Finance and a Member of Parliament; DIG Sydney de Zoysa and the lawyer A. C. "Bunty" de Zoysa.
He married Ethel Mary Perera Amarasekara Siriwardena of Ragama Walauwa. Demuni Dedrick de Zoysa Abeysiriwardena of Gamakarana Walauwa was his father and his mother was Clara Wirasekara of the illustriuus family from Galhera, Ahungalle, Kosgoda.
