Francis Joseph Charles "Frank" O'Reilly (1922 – 11 August 2013) was an Irish banker and businessman.

He attended St Gerard's School, Bray, Ampleforth College and Trinity College Dublin. He had been a member of the Turf Club since 1967, and was president of the Royal Dublin Society (1986–1989). A director of Irish Distillers Plc, he served as the 23rd Chancellor of the University of Dublin (1985–1998). He was also a director of Ulster and National Westminster Banks.

Other

In 2002, O'Reilly received a papal honour from Pope John Paul II in recognition of his “outstanding contribution” to the restoration of the Irish College in Paris.

Family

He and his wife Tess had 10 children.

Death

He died at Rathmore, County Kildare at age 91 on 11 August 2013, survived by his 10 children.
