François-Nicholas-Madeleine Morlot (December 28, 1795 – December 29, 1862) was a French Catholic Archbishop of Paris, from 1857 to 1862, and Cardinal.

Born at Langres, he was a private tutor before becoming a priest. He was Bishop of Orléans in 1839 and Archbishop of Tours in 1843.

He died on December 29, 1862, in Paris and was exposed and buried in the metropolitan cathedral.
