Frère-Bourgeois is a Belgian financial holding company headquartered in Loverval and owned by the Belgian businessman Albert Frère and his family.
It owns 53% of the French holding company ERBE, 18,9% of the holding company Compagnie Nationale à Portefeuille, and 10,5% of the holding company Agesca Nederland.
