"Fool for You" is a 2015 song recorded by English singer and songwriter Zayn. It appears as the tenth track on his debut studio album Mind of Mine.
"Fool for You" depicts Malik as someone "destined to return to the same woman forever, regardless of how tainted their love becomes."
Background
It is a retro piano ballad, with some electronic elements. "Fool for You" is a Beatles-influenced pop ballad, which Malik says was influenced by John Lennon in particular. Malik told NME: "I was listening to a lot of John Lennon the week I got that loop. And there was this one song I got addicted to, with Indian music at the front of it, sitar, and then it becomes, like, another song," referring to "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds."
