Folabi Olumide is a Nigerian academic and medical surgeon best known for being the pioneering Vice-Chancellor of Lagos State University, a position he held from 1983–1988. He was however succeeded by Jadesola Akande after he was removed from the position for alleged "financial and administrative improprieties."
