This historical TV series is about the historic wars of Iran (called Persia back in the days) and Russia at the 19th century called Russo-Persian Wars from the Iranian side. Most of the show is about the royal Qajar family and their involvement in the war. The two dominant Iranian figures are: the king Fath Ali Shah and crown prince Abbas Mirza.
