Floydelia Diasen is Governor of the Philippine province of Kalinga within the Cordilliera Administrative Region of the Philippines. She was vice chair of the health and science institute of the Kalinga-Apayao State College.

Her husband, Rommel Diasen, was Vice-Governor of Kalinga, and a candidate in the May 2007 election for governor, but he was assassinated on 7 April 2007, in the run-up to the election. It is commonly believed in Kalinga that another candidate for governor was responsible for the murder, but insufficient evidence has not yet permitted criminal action to be taken against the suspect.

Rommel's widow, Floydelia, was persuaded to stand in place of her murdered husband. She was elected in May 2007 becoming the first woman governor of Kalinga since the province of Kalinga-Apayao was divided into two in 1995. Floydelia Diasen said the sympathy votes generated by the murder of her husband Rommel helped her win the top elective post in the province.
