Flour kurabiye (Turkish: Un kurabiyesi) is a kind of Turkish cookie that is made from butter, sunflower oil (or similar oils), baking powder, and the namesake ingredient flour. Generally, vanilla powder is also added. Flour kurabiye is a variant of kurabiye.
