Flixton Priory was a priory in the English county of Suffolk. It is located around 3 miles (4.8 km) west of Bungay in the north of the county. The priory was founded by Margery de Crek in 1258 or 1259, and was dissolved in 1536.

The ruined remains of the moated priory are located to the south of the village of Flixton near to Abbey Farm. These include sections of wall, earthworks and fishponds.
