Flanary Archeological Site is a historic archaeological site located near Dungannon, Scott County, Virginia. The site is located on a sandy terrace across the Clinch River from Dungannon. It was home to Native Americans 8,000 years ago. In 1977, an archaeological dig unearthed signs of a palisaded village that was erected during the Woodland Mississippian period, around 900 AD, and disappeared for unknown reasons around 1600 AD.

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
