Currently a major repair company of video game consoles, desktop computers, laptops, mobile phones, and other electronic products, the company employs 48 staff within the chain. Fixafone is a part of the Castle Group of companies owned by 39-year-old Alan Castle, a businessman who has worked in retailing since the age of 22.

The company itself was owned before by Bryan Harvey, now a preacher in a church in Portadown.
