First Ladies and Gentlemen of Pakistan

First Ladies and Gentlemen of Pakistan (Urdu: ڂاتون اول يا مردݕاكستان‎) is an unofficial title traditionally given to the wife or husband of the President and Prime Minister of Pakistan. Kalsoom Nawaz Sharif, wife of Nawaz Sharif, is the current First Lady of Pakistan. Along with their spouse and children, the First Lady or Gentleman is a member of the First Family of Pakistan.
