Fillan Church (Norwegian: Fillan kirke) is a parish church in the municipality of Hitra in Sør-Trøndelag county, Norway. The church is located in the village of Fillan, which is also the municipal center of Hitra. The church is part of the Fillan parish in the Orkdal deanery in the Diocese of Nidaros.

The church was consecrated on 16 September 1789, which makes it the oldest existing church on Hitra island. The red church building is made of wood and it was designed by architect Fredrich Bertelsen Ødegaard.
