The Festival of Murals is a yearly festival produced by The Festival of the Arts program that takes place in Wayne County, Indiana, United States, and is a summer-long artistic presentation and competition among mural artists. The Festival of Murals starts each summer with juried and selected artists unveiling their designs in the county seat of Richmond, Indiana. The artists paint murals within Wayne County during a designated time in the summer and a panel of qualified judges determine 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.

In 2015, winning artists will receive prize awards of either $5,000, $3,000 or $2,000 and non-winning artists who are selected to paint murals will each receive a $1,000 stipend. The competition is open to all local, national and international artists. Artists must be 18 years or older to enter.

To date the Festival of the Arts program has fostered the creation of 24 works of public art including murals and sculptures, throughout Wayne County, Indiana.
