Festa Ltd. is a private Bulgarian holding company.

History

Festa Ltd. was incorporated on 13 June 1991 in Varna. In 1997 the company developed into a joint stock company, and in 1999 it was re-registered as a holding joint stock company - Festa Holding Plc.

The company works in ferrous metal trading, fuel distribution, wine production, tourism and banking, real estate and in the privatization process in Bulgaria.

The company's investments include acquisition of majority share capital in Invest Bank Plc, Sofia, and the Bulgarian wine producers Black Sea Gold Plc, Pomorie and Vincom Plc, Bourgas. It has also acquired, set up and managed Lazur Plc, Varna, involved with trading and services, running a chain of retail outlets, warehouses and restaurants. Festa owns Trading Centre Plc in Varna, owner of 3 700 sq. m. in the city center. This plot will be used to build a trading and entertainment complex. It also owns Festa Holidays Plc, with basic activity building and management of tourist sites along the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast, and Festa Security Ltd., which provides security for the company's sites.
