Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP) is an award for physicians who are judged by the Royal College of Physicians to be “exceptional and innovative”.

Nominations

There are two routes to becoming a fellow:

  1. Doctors can be proposed by an existing FRCP who completes a proposal form on the doctor’s behalf
  2. Doctors who have held Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MCRP) for 4 years or more are automatically entered into the fellowship election

Fellows are entitled to use the designatory letters FRCP after their name, see Category:Fellows of the Royal College of Physicians for examples.
