Fei Lian or Fei Lien (simplified Chinese: 飞帘; traditional Chinese: 飛簾; pinyin: Fēi Lián; literally: "Flying Curtain"), also known as Xie Feng is the Chinese god of the wind. He is a winged dragon with the head of a deer and the tail of a snake. He carries wind with him in a bag and stirs up trouble. Fei Lian is kept in check by Houyi, the heavenly archer. In his human form he is known as Feng Bo. He assists Chiyou in a fight against the Yellow Emperor
