Mir Mohammad Fayaz is a politician of the Jammu & Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party. He ran in the Assembly elections in 2008 from Kumwara. He was elected to the Rajya Sabha from Jammu and Kashmir on the ticket of the PDP in February 2015. Children : Faisal Fayaz Mir-Footballer.
