Faiz Al-Humas Hajid Al-Habradi Al-Otaibi is a citizen of Saudi Arabia.
On February 3, 2009 he was named on a new list of Saudi Arabia's list of most wanted Saudi terrorist suspects. On September 10, 2009 the Saudi Gazette reported he had surrendered to Saudi authorities.
The Saudi Gazette reported that Al-Otaibi told Saudi security officials that Al Qaeda was beset by financial and other organizational problems.
The Saudi Gazette reports that Al-Otaibi traveled to Waziristan in September 2008, where he described jihadist military commanders being reluctant to take responsibility for more recruits.
