Fatma Welfare Foundation (FWF) is an Women led organisation based in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province of Pakistan. FWF is a not-for-profit, non-governmental, non-political organisation. It works to provide wide range multi-purpose social activities, formation of organisations and citizen community boards. The foundation focuses on human rights issues such as women's empowerment, child protection, education and literacy, good governance, health, and hygiene, as well as emergency disaster relief. It is also involved with human resource development, forestry, agriculture, and infrastructure development. The organisation assists in the eradication of terrorism, sectarianism, poverty, and drug abuse through skill development, health care, and education.

The FWF was heavily involved in relief efforts during the 2010 Pakistan floods. This included the initiation of field visits to the affected areas, surveying of flood damage, relief activities and the setting up of cash assistance funds and a medial camp. FWF Has implementd Numbers of projects in WASH, EDUCATION, HEALTH, SKILL DEVELOPMENT and ENERGY SECTOR. FWF has work with many donors like USAID,UNDP,UNICEF. FANSA ect. FWF mainly focusing on Women empowerment and development.
