Mohammad Faizur Rahman(Bengali: মুহাম্মদ ফয়জুর রহমান), is the name of institution and towering personality, who dedicated his life for the society and welfare of mankind, played a vital role in building a nation as education is the backbone of Bangladesh by establishing the country's one of the best institutions, Ideal School and College.

It is the Principal Faizur Rahman who had turned the Ideal School and College into an IDEAL Institute. He built a congenial academic atmosphere which was prevalent on the school campus. Discipline was strictly maintained and religions lessons were given to the students to build up their moral character. He would be remembered by the generation to come.

Role as Educator

Mohammad Faizur Rahman dedicated his life for the society and welfare of mankind, played a vital role in building a nation as education is the backbone of Bangladesh by establishing the country's one of the best institutions, Ideal School and College . He was awarded as the best teacher of Bangladesh 2/3 times.
