The Facility Management Association of Australia Ltd (FMA Australia) is the peak national body for the facility management industry.
Established in 1989, FMA Australia represents those professionals responsible for the efficient operation of facilities, such as buildings and major infrastructure, commonly referred to as the ‘built environment’. While job titles vary, the responsibilities of a ‘facility manager’ can range from high-level strategic planning and management to operational and technical issues such as repairs, maintenance, cleaning and security.
The mission of FMA Australia is to inspire, shape and influence the facility management industry and at every opportunity support, promote and represent the interests of their members.
