FL Technics is a Lithuanian aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul company based in Vilnius. It is the largest of its kind in the Baltic States and one of the largest in Eastern Europe.
History
The company was established in 2005 in the hangar formerly used by flyLAL-Lithuanian Airlines at Vilnius International Airport
FL Technics provides base maintenance services at its headquarters in Vilnius (at Vilnius International Airport), as well as in its new hangar in Kaunas (Kaunas International Airport) and in Jakarta (Soekarno-Hatta International Airport). The company has over 30,000 m2 (320,000 sq ft) of hangar space.
In 2011, the company announced that it would build two hangars in the Port Special Economic Zone at the ‘Ulyanovsk-Vostochny’ airport in the Russian Federation. FL Technics also provides Line Maintenance support through a network of line stations covering a number of countries across Europe, the CIS and the Asian-Pacific region.
In 2014 FL Technics' unit in Russia won the "Russia's Leader 2013" award.
