FK Bohemians Prague is a women's football club from Střížkov, Prague, Czech Republic, representing FK Bohemians Prague (Střížkov) in the Division B Bohemia (fourth division). It was founded in 2012. In their first season they won Czech Second Division, won promotion play-off against Olomouc 6–4 on aggregate and also won the relegation play-off against Brno 2–2 (4-3 on penalties) on aggregate and were promoted to the first division.
