FC Dynamo Odessa was a association football team from Odessa.
The club was established in 1923. Its football team was dissolved in 1940 and all its players joined the Pishchevik (Kharchovyk) sports society forming the team FC Pishchevik Odessa which next year was renamed into Spartak Odessa.
As an independent football club, FC Dynamo Odessa reestablished in the independent Ukraine in 1994.
