The FBI Tampa Field Office (also called the Tampa division) is the federal investigative arm of the United States located in Tampa. The branch is located within the Federal Bureau of Investigation. On May 19, 2004, ground was broken for the new 12,000-square-foot (1,100 m2) Tampa division headquarters. The total cost for the building was $26.6 million.
