FAA 1600.2 is a United States government standard entitled Safeguarding Controls and Procedures for Classified National Security Information and Sensitive Unclassified Information. It was introduced for use by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

It has to be conformed with national policy linked to the physical security of the aviation infrastructure. It includes leased and owned facilities, the security of all information related with operation of the FAA and aircraft operations, and personnel security. The FAA has to protect own information to which it has access.
