"Evil Roy" was a single by R&B/funk band Earth, Wind & Fire that was written by Philip Bailey, Attala Zane Giles and Allee Willis. Released from their studio album Touch the World, it was rose to 38 and 22 on the Hot Dance Music/Club Play and Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks charts respectively.
