Evgeni Kisurin (born January 28, 1969) is a former Russian basketball player. A 2.07 tall power forward, he spent an important part of his career playing for CSKA Moscow. He helped his team reach the Euroleague Final Four in 1996.

Kisurin was a regular member of the Russian national team. With Russia he won a silver medal at the 1994 and the 1998 FIBA World Championship, as well as a bronze medal at the 1997 Eurobasket.

On April 8, 2013 is appointed as acting head coach of Spartak Saint-Petersburg.
