The European Parliament election of 1994 in Spain was held on Sunday, 12 June 1994, to elect the country's 3rd MEP delegation to the European Parliament. All 64 seats allocated to Spain were up for election, an increase of four compared to the previous election. This came as a result of a decision by the European Council to increase the number of Parliament seats after the German reunification and ahead of the 1995 enlargement of the European Union. The election was held simultaneously with a regional election in Andalusia.

The landslide victory for the People's Party (PP) became the first PP win over the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE) in a nationwide election.
