Dr. Gene P. Nocera, Ph.D. is a Democratic American politician. Current Councilman City of Middletown, CT. Elected November, 2015. Nocera was elected to the Board of Education of Middletown, Connecticut in November 2011. shortly after the election Nocera was elected by fellow Board of Education members as Chairman of the Middletown Board of Education. Nocera was appointed the Principal of St. Anthony's School a Parochial Elementary School in Bristol, Connecticut in 2010.
