Ethmia persica is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Kun in 2007. It is found in Iran.

The wingspan is 20-22 mm. The costal half of the forewings are suffused with darker grey, the basal half overlaid with three black spots, both of them placed along the border between the darker costal and paler inner half of the wing. There are also tiny black marginal dots. The hindwings are grey.

Etymology

The species name refers to the ancient Persian Empire.
