Ethmia euphoria is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Kun in 2007. It is found in Turkey (Pontus Mountains) and in the Caucasus in Russia.

The wingspan is 27–30 mm. The costal half of the forewings are have black scales and the basal half has an independent black dot placed below the border of the darker costal and paler inner half of the wing. There are ten black marginal dots. The hindwings are dark grey with a yellow base. Adults are on wing in June and July.

Etymology

The species name refers to the joyful feeling of the author when discovering the new species.
