Kinuthia graduated from Strathmore University specializing in marketing and Business Administration. She was also a marketing intern with Google Kenya before leaving the country to join Google Ireland as an Account Strategist

Kinuthia has also been blogging for the past two years with a mission is to INFORM, INSPIRE and IGNITE the youth. Her motto is "Refuse To Be Average".Through her blog MISS I, Esther has also been named by Business Daily Africa as one of the Top 40 Under 40 Women in Kenya. Kinuthia appeared on NTV in July 2015 on the television show, AM Live.
