Essak Khumari (Urdu: عیسک خماری) is a village of Karak District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan located at 33°19'43N 71°02'22E with an altitude of 729 metres (2,392 ft). It is 8 kilometers (5 miles) from union council Teri, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Essak Khumari is the 2nd largest village of tehsil Banda Daud shah distt Karak. Essak Khumari has two major parts, Essak and Khumari. The history of village Essak Khumari is not available but its historical value is acknowledged. Village Urmar falls in the eastern side of the village while its north is covered by Teri.

The main source of income is agriculture, while 40 percent of the total comes from abroad as most of the young men work in Dubai, Saudi Arabia and other Persian Gulf countries. The literacy rate of the village is disappointing, but the younger generation is keen to enlighten themselves through education.

The agriculture of the village depends only on rains and there is not another source of irrigation. Sharki Dam is located 8 kilometers (5 miles) from the village, although the residents have no access to this resource due to poor planning of the authorities and some personal interests of some landlords.

The Government Hospital is in UC Teri which is 8 km (5 mi) from the village and has only one doctor for more than 50,000 residents of the union council.
