Epiphthora spectrella is a moth of the Gelechiidae family. It was described by Meyrick in 1904. It is found in Australia, where it has been recorded from Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia.

The wingspan is 10-11 mm. The forewings are whitish, sometimes much suffused with whitish-ochreous, irrorated with ochreous or fuscous. There is an outwardly oblique bar from the middle of the dorsum reaching half across the wing, and a spot on the tornus dark fuscous, often partially or almost wholly obsolete. The hindwings are grey.
