The Energieeinsparverordnung (EnEV) (Energy Saving Ordinance) is a regulation in Germany describing minimum requirements regarding energy use of new and renovated buildings. Private and most commercial buildings have to be built according to the regulation to obtain a building license.

The requirements are set to stricter standards in irregular intervals.
