Emmett Cottage is a historic cottage at 217 Freeman Street in Brookline, Massachusetts, directly behind Saint Aidan's Church and Rectory. It is a 1-1/2 story wood frame Gothic Revival structure, with bargeboard decoration in the gables. Its construction date is uncertain, since it does not appear on any early maps; its Gothic Revival styling suggests a construction date in the 1840s. It may have served as the gatehouse for an adjacent estate.

The cottage was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
