Emma Croker

Emma Croker (née Layland; b. 29 September 1982) is an English female rugby union player, weight lifter and teacher. She represented England at the 2010 Women's Rugby World Cup and she was chosen for the 2014 Women's Rugby World Cup squad. She is married and she leads the P.E department at Swakeleys School for Girls.

She is the only mother in the England Rugby team, but Rugby is her passion. She still works as a teacher as the option of playing professionally is not available, despite the raised profile of the women's sport for women after 2014. Croker was playing international rugby in 2017.
