Emil Lemnaru

Emil Lemnaru is the current mayor of the city of Onesti, situated in Bacau County, Romania. He won the 2008 election with 9289 votes (54.64%). In 2009, human rights organizations protested his blocking the launch of a book called Biometric Dictatorship, which warned against the dangers of data storage on chips.
