Emil Kirjas to 10th anniversary of SLS Kosovo
Emil Kirjas (born 26 June 1975 in Skopje) is a Macedonian politician. He is secretary-general of Liberal International in London. He is a former President of the International Federation of Liberal Youth (IFLRY), a position which he occupied since Autumn 2003. Next to his role as IFLRY President, Kirjas was junior minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Macedonia from 2004 to 2006.
He graduated with a master's degree in geopolitics from King's College London in 2007 where he was a Chevening Scholar.
