María Elvira Rodríguez Herrer (Madrid, 15 May 1949) is a Spanish economist. She was the president of the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores. A member of the Partido Popular, she also served as diputada for Murcia and Ministra de Medio Ambiente, as well as president of the Asamblea de Madrid in the IX Legislature. Rodriguez has held several other positions including:
