Elizabeth Fiennes, Lady Clinton (b. c.1455), was the only daughter of Richard Fiennes, 7th Baron Dacre and [[Joan de Dacre, 7th Baroness Dacre]]. Her great-great-grandmother was Margaret de Stafford.

She married Sir John Clinton, 6th Lord Clinton of Marstoke, in about 1463 at Herstmonceux, Sussex, England. It is not known whether or not she had children, but she may have had a son, John Clinton, 7th Baron Clinton, born in 1471 in Folkestone, Kent, England, died on 4 June 1514.

This son married a Welshwoman, Elizabeth Morgan (about 1474 – before 1501) from Tredegyr, Dyffryn, Monmouthshire, a descendant of Morgan ap Maredudd. Her father, Sir John Morgan, was a Knight of the Holy Sepulchre (1448). John and Elizabeth's son, Thomas Clinton Fiennes (born 1490 in Folkestone, died 7 August 1517 in Richmond, Surrey), became the 8th Baron Clinton. Thomas was the father of Edward Clinton Fiennes (or Fiennes de Clinton), 1st Earl of Lincoln.

Therefore, Elizabeth may be the great-grandmother of Edward Clinton, 1st Earl of Lincoln.
